Job Description – Social Media Content Writer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Writer
to craft engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing, an understanding of digital trends, and the ability to create content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation

  2. Write and edit engaging social media posts, captions, and short-form content.

  3. Create copy for campaigns, ads, and promotional materials.

  4. Adapt writing style to match brand tone and audience.

  5. Research & Ideation

  6. Conduct competitor and trend research to identify content opportunities.

  7. Suggest creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and themes.

  8. Stay updated with social media trends and trending hashtags.

  9. Collaboration

  10. Work with designers and marketers to create visually appealing content.

  11. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

  12. Performance Tracking

  13. Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, reach, comments).

  14. Suggest improvements based on insights.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in content writing or social media (freshers with strong portfolios welcome).
  • Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of hashtags, trends, and SEO-friendly writing.

Preferred Traits:

  • Passion for content and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
