Now, we're looking for a
go-getter Sales/BD Manager
who can bring in advertisers and publishers, fuel revenue growth, and own the hustle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard
    advertisers/brands
    for CPI and CPA campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    publishers, affiliates, and networks
    .
  • Negotiate payouts, volumes, and campaign terms to maximize margins.
  • Hit monthly sales/revenue targets through strategic deal-making.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in
    Affiliate Sales / Business Development / Partnerships
    .
  • Proven track record of closing deals in performance marketing (e-commerce, finance, gaming preferred).
  • Strong existing network of advertisers and publishers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven mindset — you love closing deals and seeing revenue grow.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
