About us

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, launch, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners in the fintech and Web3 industries
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring regular communication, support, and engagement
  • Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs to attract and retain high-performing affiliates
  • Analyze and report on affiliate performance metrics, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and LTV
  • Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide affiliates with creative assets, content, and campaign support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in affiliate activities

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech or Web3
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships
