Job Description

We are seeking skilled Academic Counsellors with proven experience in student counselling within JEE/NEET coaching environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents about JEE/NEET programs
  • Explain academic offerings, batches, and admission processes
  • Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and follow-ups
  • Convert leads to admissions
  • Maintain CRM, student data, and counselling logs

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of counselling experience in JEE/NEET coaching centers (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to guide students academically and motivate them
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
  • No freshers allowed
