We're looking for an empathetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and families through the admissions process. The role involves understanding student aspirations, recommending the right programs, and ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment.

What You'll Do

  • Counsel students and parents (in-person, phone, and virtual) on UG/PG program options
  • Understand student goals, academic background, and career aspirations to provide program recommendations
  • Guide prospects through the entire admissions process — inquiry, application, documentation, and enrollment
  • Participate in campus tours, open houses, school visits, and education fairs
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with high-intent leads
  • Update CRM with lead status, student progress, and follow-up notes
  • Work closely with marketing, admissions teams, and academic departments for seamless communication

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, education advising, or student services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand student needs and provide relevant academic guidance
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-volume inquiries
  • Willingness to work on campus and participate in events when required
