You'll orchestrate large-scale technical programs spanning Quick Commerce, Sub-same day delivery, FC Inbound operations, vendor experience, placements, and external fulfillment performance across ROW countries. What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
• 15+ years of relevant software development experience
• 8+ years in technical leadership, program management, or similar roles
• Exceptional program management, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
• Strong software development background with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle
• Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex cross-functional programs
• Detail-oriented self-starter with a track record of ownership and follow-through
• Strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution—comfortable with both long-term planning and day-to-day progress tracking
• Proven history of delivering large-scale projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and GenAI offerings
• Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies

• 8+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
