Technical Program Manager

Role Objective
Deliver transformative business value by strategically leading and overseeing the execution of complex data and cloud programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and advancing a culture of technical excellence, compliance, and innovation.
Role Detailing
a. Program Planning & Strategy
Understanding high-level requirements from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into detailed and distinguished user requests.
Develop comprehensive program roadmaps and lead multiple, concurrent data-related projects—including data lake enablement, ETL modernization, metadata management, API/data integration, and automation of reporting.
Establish measurable objectives, KPIs, and program milestones, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term operational capability.
Conduct rigorous risk assessments and formulate proactive mitigation strategies in dynamic enterprise environments.
Define frameworks to support modular expansion, interoperability, and scalable onboarding of new business domains or products.
b. Program Execution & Delivery
Direct the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including resource allocation, detailed scheduling, and both internal/external vendor management and oversee execution of enterprise data products.
Deploy agile methodologies and leverage project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to drive transparency, efficiency, and consistent milestone achievement.
Proactively address bottlenecks using systematic tracking and iterative delivery cycles.
Manage multi-phase projects, adapting plans responsively to emerging business demands and technical challenges.
c. Stakeholder & Change Management
Build collaborative relationships with Internal & External stakeholders to foster consensus on requirements, priorities, and solutions.
Formulate and implement change management strategies to maximize stakeholder engagement and program adoption.
Mediate competing departmental priorities, balancing business imperatives and technical opportunities.
Facilitate regular executive briefings, clearly articulating program impact, outcomes, and strategic value.
d. Data Governance & Reporting
Architect and enforce governance frameworks that strictly adhere to organizational standards for data security, privacy, and quality, enabling decentralized stewardship and compliance.
Ensure data governance best practices are followed for all delivered solutions, focusing on trust, auditability, and compliance requirements.
Implement controls facilitating metadata management, data lineage tracing, and precise retention/disposal policies.
Collaborate across domains and business units to guarantee regulatory adherence and policy adoption throughout data lifecycles.
e. Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation and performance enhancement within every business and technical domain.
Lead systematic retrospectives and post-implementation reviews, embedding insights into future delivery cycles.
Advocate enterprise adoption of emerging tools, automation, and modular architecture principles for continuous operational uplift.
Incentivize team achievement, technical innovation, and business value realization across all program streams.
f. Finance Management
Oversee departmental budgets and apply rigorous cost controls to maximize technical and business value from every investment.
Conduct periodic financial analyses, proactively tracking resource utilization against forecasts for modular deployments.
Prepare decision-support material (ROI analyses, business cases) for advanced technology adoption, platform modernization, and expansion.
g. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Define, implement, and track cross-domain KPIs, providing leadership with clear visibility into program performance, business impact, and continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and measured results. Hands-on experience on Data Visualization tools.
Analyze operational outcomes to inform ongoing strategic planning and resource allocation.
Maintain accountability for domain and program performance through structured, transparent evaluation mechanisms.
