We are looking for a smart, energetic, and ambitious college fresh graduate who wants to start a career in marketing and customer relationship management. You will work directly with an experienced marketing manager who is a strong mentor and leader with diverse market experience. This internship is designed to give you real field exposure and groom you into a full-fledged marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Visits & Lead Generation
  • Visit local markets, potential customers, and electrical shops to generate fresh B2B and retail leads.
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer contact details and requirements.
  • Promote NLC's range of decorative, commercial, and LED-based lighting products.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Learn and use CRM tools to maintain a strong database of leads and customers.
  • Assist in follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and after-sales feedback.
  • Support customer query resolution and build lasting client relationships.
  • Marketing & Brand Activities
  • Help in executing field marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches.
  • Distribute flyers, install promotional materials, and share social media updates as directed.
  • Provide daily market visit reports and competitor feedback.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing manager and showroom team to plan visits and campaigns.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings and suggest fresh ideas.

Skills & Qualities We Seek

  • Fresh graduate (BBA, MBA final-year with interest in marketing/sales)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Good convincing and presentation ability
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel within Jamshedpur city
