Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our Motor Insurance Voice Process team. As an Executive in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, in the motor insurance domain, handling inquiries, assisting with policy-related concerns, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to motor insurance policies.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and prompt information to customers regarding their insurance queries.
  • Assist customers with policy updates, claims, renewals, and other motor insurance services.
  • Ensure high-quality communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to converse confidently and clearly.
  • Employment History: No employment gap of 6 months or more in the last 2 years.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong customer service orientation, proactive problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
