○ Provide insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability, focusing on skills, experience, and alignment with Jagruti's values.

○ Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and joining timelines, while adhering to HR policies.

5. Onboarding and Integration:

○ Generate reports on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to support data-driven decisions.

○ Monitor and improve recruitment processes based on feedback and analytics.

7. Compliance and Ethics:

○ Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and Jagruti's ethical standards.

○ Verify candidate credentials (e.g., medical licenses, certifications) to ensure compliance with industry requirements.

○ Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee data throughout the hiring process.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration:

○ Partner with centre managers to align recruitment with operational needs across Jagruti's 15+ locations.

○ Work with the marketing team to enhance employer branding through social media and events.

○ Engage with colleges and professional associations for internships and entry-level hiring (e.g., psychology/nursing interns).
