Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in and office-based customer interactions with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries and follow-up leads effectively.
  • Handle B2B leads and product inquiries generated through Instagram.
  • Monitor and respond to marketing leads from , Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute outstation marketing visits to expand business presence and develop dealer/distributor networks.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead sources, conversions, and client feedback.
  • Assist with content suggestions and coordination for social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital and field marketing (freshers with internship experience may apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and B2B portals (IndiaMART, , etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for outstation marketing visits.
  • Organized, enthusiastic, and customer-focused mindset.
