Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to drive sales and enhance the customer experience for our Gold and Diamond Jewellery collections through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online inquiries, engaging with customers through chats/calls/social media, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries received via website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gold and diamond jewellery products.
  • Share photos, product videos, pricing, and promotional offers to facilitate sales.
  • Maintain product knowledge, especially regarding jewellery specifications, certifications, pricing, and trends.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team for product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support, including resolving issues related to delivery, customisation, or returns.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and online jewellery trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in online sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
  • Strong knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery (cuts, clarity, carats, hallmark, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with sales acumen.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced online sales environment.
  • Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in jewellery or fashion is a plus.

Working Days & Hours:

  • 6 days a week.
  • Flexible availability during weekends and festive seasons is preferred.
  • 3 shifts available, need to be flexible.
  • 9 hours of duty per day.
