  • Customer needs assessment: Advise clients on the best coverage options based on their specific needs.
  • Sales and promotion: Sell insurance products and promote additional covers to customers.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Proposal development: Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and policy details.

Claims management

  • First Notice of Loss (FNOL): Manage the initial intimation of a vehicle claim, gather necessary information, and register it in the system.
  • Claims processing: Oversee the entire claim process, including document verification, damage assessment, and settlement with the insurer.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, surveyors, garages, and insurance companies to ensure quick resolution.
  • Customer guidance: Guide clients through the claims process, explaining the steps and handling their queries.

Administrative and compliance duties

  • Policy and renewal management: Handle insurance renewals, endorsements, and associated paperwork.
  • Record maintenance: Maintain accurate client and policy records.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance and other key metrics.
