Job Responsibilities- Proactively tracking the monthly billing Vs Budget and ensure submission with finance Post approval and due diligence as per PO terms
Analysis of monthly expenses trend and Publishing reports to management on set frequency
Coordination with SCM & Finance team for timely closer of RGT and SC
Collection of NDC as per set frequency and publishing MIS, Vendor reconciliation activity
Bill Processing, GRN or GRR Processing end to end cycle with proper due diligence as per PO terms and management approvals
NDC collection and reconciliations
Excellent knowledge of MS word, Excel, PPT and good communication skills
