We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I/ll to join our team at Taj Agra, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the culinary experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commis I/ll in a bakery, tandoor, or banquet setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
