Job Title: Project HeadLocation: Mumbai/BangaloreJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Head to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building construction and team management, with a proven track record in handling commercial or residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to completion.
  • Oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and legal regulations.
  • Implement effective risk management and problem-solving strategies to mitigate project delays.
  • Report project progress and key updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: BE/Masters in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and site operations.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in handling budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
