About the Role

We are seeking a
forward-thinking Creative Designer & Video Editor
who is not only an expert in traditional design tools but also adept at using
AI-powered platforms
to create next-gen visuals and videos. The ideal candidate will bring together the best of both worlds:

  • Strong fundamentals in
    graphic design and video editing

    harness AI tools for faster, smarter, and more impactful content creation
    .

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Branding
  • Create visually appealing designs for social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop brand identities, logos, and creative guidelines that ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Video Creation & Editing
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, reels, product showcases, and brand films.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • AI-Enhanced Creativity
  • Use AI-based tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Pika Labs, D-ID, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
    to generate images, design elements, and videos.
  • Blend AI outputs with traditional editing for polished and brand-ready content.
  • Experiment with emerging AI tools to push creative boundaries.
  • Collaboration & Execution
  • Work with the marketing and content team to align creatives with campaign goals.
  • Bring in fresh, trend-aware ideas to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Deliver high-quality work under deadlines, maintaining creativity and innovation.

Key Skills & Tools

  • Design & Video Tools:
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalents).
  • AI Tools (Preferred):
    MidJourney, Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Diffusion, D-ID, Kaiber, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of
    visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and motion graphics
    .
  • Awareness of
    social media trends, ad formats, and performance-driven creative strategies
    .
  • Ability to balance speed and quality while working on multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a
    Graphic Designer/Video Editor
    (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing
    both traditional and AI-driven design/video work
    .
  • Passionate about experimenting with AI in creative workflows.
  • Based in
    Bangalore
    and willing to work
    in-office (not remote)
    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
