We are a US-based e-commerce fashion brand with a growing team in Mohali, Punjab. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, build brand awareness, and engage global audiences.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • 4–5 years of experience managing social media for e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record in the fashion and clothing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US marketplace and international social media trends.
  • Expertise in managing platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Ability to develop and execute content strategies, influencer collaborations, and ad campaigns.
  • Strong skills in content planning, storytelling, and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Excellent communication in English and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Create and coordinate with design/video teams for fashion-focused, high-quality creatives.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to align paid and organic social strategies.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Identify and capitalize on US marketplace social media trends to keep the brand competitive.
  • Support campaign launches, product promotions, and seasonal branding activities.
