JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage company pages across all social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Plan and create engaging, original, and brand-consistent content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics).
  • Schedule and monitor daily posts using social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer interactions to build community engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns — set budgets, monitor ads, and optimize performance.
  • Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships for brand promotion.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Suggest creative growth strategies and new content formats.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with excellent visual and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of photo/video editing tools is an added advantage.
