  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Assign rooms and issue keys.
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
  • Process payments and settle guest bills.
  • Manage room reservations and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and accounts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and messages.
  • Use the hotel's front office computer systems and other office equipment.
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote and upsell other hotel services to guests.
  • Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with front office software and basic computer operations.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
