
Senior Front Office Executive

- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Assign rooms and issue keys.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
- Process payments and settle guest bills.
- Manage room reservations and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and accounts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and messages.
- Use the hotel's front office computer systems and other office equipment.
- Receive and resolve guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote and upsell other hotel services to guests.
- Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with front office software and basic computer operations.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues efficiently.
