Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Admin Executive to join our team at Sodainmind. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with experience in managing financial records, preparing reports, and handling multiple company accounts. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth financial operations of our small business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple company accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a small business environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ethics: High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
