We are looking for female telecallers to join our team in the insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding insurance policies, renewals, claim follow-ups, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding policy renewals and new insurance products.
  • Handle inbound queries related to insurance policies and claims.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or insurance will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply.

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
