- 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities
- Build a Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Vertex AI, BigQuery, Looker, Looker Studio and other GCP technologies. Work in a changing environment and contribute to the improvement of performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists and statisticians to design and implement innovative solutions for MMM challenges.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, drive the technical goal and strategy. Ensure features adhere to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement and maintain robust testing and quality assurance processes. Provide team management, technical mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define goals and roadmap. Partner with technical leads across the organization, prioritizing code cleanup and promoting testing and quality best practices.
