About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Support Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, and be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain and improve our deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Azure cloud infrastructure and client support.

  • Provide L1 support for client environments during business and afterhours.
    • Work with Jenkins, Azure DevOps to manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.

  • Collaborate with developers and operations to ensure smooth delivery processes.
    • Monitor and maintain Linux-based systems and services.

  • Help manage and track work using Jira in an agile environment.

  • Assist in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

  • Document processes, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Basic understanding of Azure cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services).
  • Exposure to Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
    • Hands-on experience with Linux command line.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Understanding of agile workflows and issue tracking in Jira.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD, GitOps, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancers, firewalls).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
