Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an analyst to join our Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Service Desk
- Good communication skills and ability to handle Service Desk-related queries
- Proficiency in Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and O365
- A notice period of not more than 1 month
In addition, we are also seeking a Senior Analyst, who should have:
- A B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science or any graduate qualification
- 2+ years of experience in Service Desk
- Experience in L2 support and good knowledge of Service Desk-related queries
- Proficiency in Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and O365
- A notice period of not more than 1 month
Additionally, we are seeking an Assistant Manager with the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a Service Desk environment
- At least 1-2 years of experience leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
The following qualifications are mandatory for all positions:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and O365
Analyst and Senior Analyst positions require proficiency in Windows troubleshooting, while an Assistant Manager should have experience in managing teams.
