About the Role

We're seeking a strategic, creative, and detail-driven Social Media Manager who can craft digital narratives across brand and government campaigns with equal finesse.

This role requires someone who understands not just how to "go viral," but how to build brand equity, speak in the language of different audiences, and manage multi-stakeholder expectations. You'll lead strategy, content calendars, engagement, and performance tracking for some of our most visible clients, from cultural icons and state initiatives to bold startups and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of social media accounts across platforms
  • Build platform-wise strategies aligned with campaign goals and brand tonality
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with copywriters, designers, and video teams
  • Lead real-time posting, live event coverage, and social listening for marquee events and campaigns
  • Use insights and analytics to monitor performance, tweak strategy, and report to internal/external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, meme culture, and government digital communication norms
  • Coordinate with client teams, PR teams, influencers, and internal verticals to ensure multi-platform cohesion
  • Ensure timely publishing, compliance, and quality control across all content pieces

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of social media experience in an agency, brand, or government communication setting
  • Proven track record of handling government-backed initiatives, PSUs, luxury/consumer brands, or cultural campaigns
  • Strong grip on content planning, captioning, format diversity, and audience mapping
  • Deep understanding of what works where — from a high-engagement LinkedIn post to a scroll-stopping Reel
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Suite, Creator Studio, Later, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and platform-native tools
  • Working knowledge of paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and UGC activations
