Coordinate with Clients

  • Provide basic legal information and public support

Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to diverse audiences.

  • Negotiate Contracts: Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize sales agreements, understand pricing structures, and offer discounts or incentives.

  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, demonstrating the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.

  • Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the product or service being sold.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage sales processes, and monitor performance.
