We are seeking a
HubSpot Marketing Hub Specialist
to join our dynamic team. This role is focused exclusively on the HubSpot Marketing Hub, supporting the full lifecycle of digital marketing in the behavioral healthcare industry. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Director of Strategic Systems to drive lead engagement, nurturing, and conversion while ensuring accurate lead tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing campaigns, paid ads, social media posts, landing pages, email sequences, and nurture workflows within HubSpot Marketing Hub.

  • Implement UTM tracking and ensure proper lead source attribution to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Build automated workflows to optimize lead nurturing and improve conversion rates.

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages and forms for better lead capture and user experience.

  • Implement strategies for lead segmentation, scoring, and personalized marketing.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for each stage of the customer journey.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and inbound marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Actual hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub is required.

  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google, Meta) are strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.

  • Experience with UTM tracking and lead source management is essential.

  • Knowledgeable of strict HIPAA restrictions affecting digital marketing, including patient privacy and consent requirements.

  • Background in the behavioral healthcare industry and insurance is highly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
