Job Type:Full-time (Permanent)

Shift: Permanent Night Shift and the following are the shift timings.

  • Winter season timing 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
  • Summer and Monsoon Season timing 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.

Job Location: You can work from anywhere since this is a complete work-from-home job.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Technical Support Job (Please do not apply if you have experience in Software Development and Software Testing.)

Working days range:6 Days working

  • Monday to Saturday ( Sunday off)
  • Sunday to Friday ( Saturday off)

Education: Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer or BCA/MCA.


Introduction

As a Remote Technical Support Associate, you will be part of a team that provides technical support to our clients based in Canada .

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide remote technical support assistance to Modi Technologies Inc clients by directly contacting them.

We are looking for candidates with the following abilities, expertise and skills

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Configuring client computer systems, mobile phones, and peripheral devices remotely. Includes Upgrading, Updating, installing, and configuring application software and Operating system.
  • Call or email clients to Troubleshoot software, networking, or hardware issues and provide technical support to them.
  • Knowledge Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Microsoft Office 365, Ms Outlook, Ms Word, and Ms Excel knowledge is needed.
  • Tracking and managing work records. Compiling job reports.
  • Assessing customer situations, then applying common sense to manage those situations

Selected candidate will be working on the following technologies and resolving the tickets that are assigned to them. We will help and train the candidate as and when required.

  • Server Administration.
  • Windows and Apple Computer Administration.
  • Office 365 Administration Includes SharePoint and Azure AD Administration.
  • PBX Administration ( VoIP).
  • Website Administration and Development Includes Website hosting.
