Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management:

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

  • Develop and implement safety procedures, policies, and training programs.

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss incidents, and implement corrective actions.

2. Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to health, safety, and environment.

  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

3. Training and Awareness:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies.

  • Promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees.

4. Environmental Management:

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

  • Develop and implement environmental management plans and procedures.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit reports on health, safety, and environmental incidents, and compliance with regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environment.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

3. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

4. Certifications: Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field is an advantage.
