Driving Duties: Drive company vehicles safely for official travel and business purposes. Ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle — fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both inside and outside. Keep daily vehicle logbook, fuel consumption records, and travel details updated. Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies. Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the Admin department. Office Assistant Duties: Assist in handling office errands such as delivering letters, invoices, parcels, and documents. Support the admin team in photocopying, filing, and documentation work. Assist with purchase and supply runs for office or site requirements. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises. Support HR/admin in arranging staff transportation and logistics. Attend to visitors, clients, and guests when required. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent. Valid Driving License (LMV). 2–5 years of experience in driving and office support roles. Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules. Basic understanding of office work and documentation. Skills Required: Safe driving and vehicle maintenance knowledge. Basic communication skills (Hindi/English). Polite and professional behavior. Punctual and reliable. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
