artificial intelligence, robotics, and embedded systems
into aerial platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an
AI Engineer (R&D)
to join our innovation-driven team working on drones and embedded AI. The role goes beyond standard implementation—candidates will contribute to
research, prototyping, and testing novel AI-driven solutions
for autonomy, navigation, and perception. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a
research-first environment
and enjoys taking ideas from concept to field trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and optimize
    AI/ML algorithms
    for real-time drone applications.
  • Develop
    control, navigation, and perception systems
    tailored for UAVs.
  • Deploy AI models on
    embedded platforms (Jetson, STM32, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
    while ensuring efficiency under hardware constraints.
  • Conduct
    experiments, simulations, and field testing
    to validate AI-driven drone capabilities.
  • Collaborate with a
    multidisciplinary R&D team
    to integrate AI with aeronautical systems, robotics, and embedded software.
  • Document findings, publish insights (internal/academic), and contribute to
    cutting-edge R&D outputs
    .

Qualifications

  • Strong background in
    AI/ML, robotics, or computer vision
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and
    C++
    for AI and embedded development.
  • Experience with
    PyTorch/TensorFlow
    for training and deployment.
  • Experience with
    embedded platforms
    (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, STM32, etc.).
  • (Preferred)
    Hands-on experience with drones, robotics, or real-time embedded systems
    .
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of
    ROS2
    and advanced robotics frameworks.
