Associate Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to manage content creation and optimization using insights and AI driven tools across EU markets. This role combines creativity, insights, and innovation — using AI tools to enhance content relevance, leverage trends, and accelerate content development across marketplaces and use cases.
Your experience in content management and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) field in the world of AI will play and important role.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop SEO/GEO optimized content (blogs, guides, FAQs, hubs) for EU seller recruitment sites, focused towards high value sellers.

• Identify and use relevant AI tools to support content creation, localization and optimization at scale

• Partner with agency on keyword and trend analysis leveraging AI-driven platforms for search insights and implement enhancements and structural changes across websites

• Measure content performance, using data and AI analytics to iterate strategy

• Understand competition content landscape and identify relevant best practices using AI tools

• Ensure consistency with Amazon's editorial and branding standards and voice

A day in the life
You'll start your day by reviewing content performance and insights identify emerging opportunities. You'll plan and create new seller-facing content — blogs, guides, and landing pages — leveraging AI-assisted tools for ideation, SEO optimization, and localization.
You'll collaborate with SEO/GEO agency to identify trends, refine existing content and run experiments that boost visibility and engagement. By the end of the day, you'll review content analytics, document learnings, and propose new initiatives that drive organic traffic growth across EU markets.

As the EU 3P Seller Marketing team, we drive awareness and consideration in every trustworthy Seller to help them successfully start their selling journey on Amazon. We also operate as a center of marketing excellence providing expertise and consultancy to 10+ 3P teams in search, social, website, content, budgeting and research verticals.

We focus on continuously improving seller-facing websites through content enhancements, design updates, and feature innovations that make it easier for prospective sellers to join and succeed on Amazon. We create compelling, SEO/GEO-optimized content that attracts and converts high-value sellers.

- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Master's degree
