Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Panipat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and engaging with potential customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry, particularly seed products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
