Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Network Field Technician based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include installing and maintaining network cabling, configuring routers and networking devices, troubleshooting network-related issues, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The technician will also liaise with clients to ensure seamless connectivity and provide timely support to maintain network performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues
  • Experience with OFC cabling and installation of networking hardware and configurations
  • In-depth knowledge of networking and routers
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to support client needs
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage tasks independently
  • Relevant certifications like CCNA or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience in fiber optics and OFC splicing is advantageous
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Driving License & Two-Wheeler will be Mandatory for this Position.

Salary

  • CTC Rs-3.5 to 4 LPA (Negotiable & depends upon previous salary)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 Yrs. Experience with OFC Splicing, OTDR and installation of networking hardware and configurations
