Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EV Technician located in Hyderabad. The EV Technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles, inspecting vehicle systems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance. Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, replacing or repairing faulty components, and collaborating with the team to maintain safety and quality standards in all operations. The role may also require documentation of repair processes and recommendations for improvements related to EV performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electric vehicle components, including batteries, motors, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues using tools, software, and diagnostic equipment relevant to EV technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to electric vehicle performance and repairs.
  • Familiarity with IoT and AI-based systems in electric vehicles, along with a basic understanding of battery replacement and maintenance procedures.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to document repair processes accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and ensure safety standards are upheld.
  • Experience in EV repair, automotive technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar domain.
