Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute trades in equities, derivatives as per desk strategy.
  • Develop, back-test, and implement trading strategies to achieve consistent profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, economic news, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities.
  • Manage risk effectively, ensuring adherence to firm's risk management guidelines and exposure limits.
  • Keep accurate trading records and report performance to the desk head/management.
  • Collaborate with research and technology teams to enhance trading models and tools.
  • Continuously improve strategies based on market feedback, data analysis, and performance review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a trader (proprietary trading, institutional desk, or hedge fund background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and trading platforms.
  • Proficiency in technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Excellent risk management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High discipline, ability to perform under pressure, and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
