Position: Assistant Manager/Manager Company Secretarial & Compliance
Job Location: Magarpatta City, Pune

Job Description:
- Handle initial compliance in respect of Incorporation of foreign subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, Liaison Office in India, as applicable under the Companies Act, FEMA & RBI regulations
- Compliances for appointments of auditors, bank account opening, capital infusion, share allotment filing of INC-20A etc
- Drafting of agenda for Board meetings, General meetings, Shareholders' meetings etc as per requirement
- Obtaining DIN, DSC, PAN for foreign nationals
- Review of information and documents received from Clients as part of the Incorporation process, and closely working with internal teams and external clients
- Support for obtaining statutory registrations after Incorporation like MSME, Shops & Establishment Act, IEC, LEI, GST Registration, etc.
- To handle FEMA compliance such as FC-GPR & FC-TRS filing
- Working of engagement fees, drafting the Engagement letter, and ensuring the invoice and payment are received on time
- Peer Review of clients for CS & FEMA Compliance to ensure that records, returns, and compliance are fulfilled 100%
- Provide advisory relating to Companies Act & FEMA as and when necessary
- Closely working with the management and peer departments to ensure overall
- Exposure to dealing with MNC clients and adapting to client requirements
- Team Leadership and deliver accurate results within the committed timeline
- Maintain the highest technical and professional standards
Requirements and Skills:
- Qualified Company Secretary
- Post-qualification Experience of at least 8 years
- Expert knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and FEMA
- Practical exposure of Incorporation processes for foreign subsidiaries as per Companies Act, FDI regulations and post-incorporation compliance
- Ability to lead a team of Qualified & semi-qualified members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience in word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy at work
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Proactive attitude and Time management
