Role & responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointment
.Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/ E Mail/ LinkedIn to generate
leads
Collect BI (Business Intelligence) as required.
Responsible for qualifying the leads on given criteria and Appointment Generation.
Focused on achieving exceeding daily, weekly, monthly targets defined for self and team
Be able to tailor pitch the products according to their specifications ensuring successful
conversion of sale.
Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for companys product
& Services
- Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and strategic
partners of the company.
- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key business
objectives
- Prepare monthly reports and provide effective recap of previous performance and review
same
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of lead generation
Ready to work in US Shift
Proven working experience of working in dedicated sales unit, or a relevant role with
Proven sales track record
Business Acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills
International Market knowledge
Time management and planning skills- ability to manage tasks vis-a-vis time in an
organized way
Strategic price computation & negotiation
High energy and drive - ability to sustain oneself in challenging Environment
Knack for sales - highly resilient and go-getter
Outcome driven - ability to follow through for measurable outcome
Self starter - takes initiative and has the ability to take pertinent decisions by
himself/herself
- Post graduate in business management / MBA in Marketing, sales or relevant field
