Experience: 4–6 years of HR experience (preferably in textile/dyeing mills).

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
  • Policy & Training Support: Support management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
