Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the Director of Product Management. Responsibilities include developing and executing product strategies, overseeing product lifecycle management, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform the development of innovative products, managing team operations effectively, and driving projects from initiation to completion. Leadership and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment will be pivotal.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Product Strategy and expertise in Product Management to define and execute effective product roadmaps
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in Team Leadership and ability to inspire and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Proven Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in educational institutions or related industries is a plus
