Partner Acquisition Representative
Position Overview:
First-touch sales and partnership developer responsible for identifying and recruiting high-potential RPs. This role focuses on relationship-building, personal alignment, and seamless transition to onboarding and is instrumental in driving our company's growth by signing new RPs to the ApplyBoard network.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the ApplyBoard brand, effectively promoting our platform and services to potential recruitment partners.
Sales Contribution: Function as a high-performing individual contributor dedicated to increasing the number of recruitment partner sign-ups to the ApplyBoard platform.
Proactive Engagement: Utilize various communication methods, including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, to engage with potential recruitment partners.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and source lists of local international student agents and agencies, ensuring a targeted approach in outreach.
Needs Assessment: Identify and qualify the needs and challenges of potential clients to tailor discussions around how ApplyBoard can support their recruitment efforts.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential recruitment partners, fostering trust and rapport to encourage partnership.
New Business Development: Continuously seek and identify new business opportunities within the local market, expanding ApplyBoard's reach.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct meetings or calls with recruitment partners to guide them through the sign-up process on the ApplyBoard platform.
Pipeline Updates: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager or Director on activities, leads, and pipeline status to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
0-1 years of experience in a business development or sales role; prior experience in a similar capacity, especially in a hunting environment, is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ApplyBoard's value proposition clearly and persuasively to drive recruitment partner sign-ups.
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset, thriving in a high-performance sales environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Open to feedback, showing a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Ambitious and resilient, with the ability to navigate challenges confidently and adapt to changing circumstances.
Comfort engaging with agency owners and recruitment agents in a professional and assertive manner.
Highly organized and process-driven, capable of managing tasks effectively to meet objectives.
Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SalesCloud is advantageous but not mandatory.
