We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) who will be primarily responsible for bidding on various online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. The role is focused exclusively on online bidding and proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant projects and submit proposals on online platforms including 
    Upwork, Freelancer,
    etc.
  • Draft customized and effective bids and cover letters for each project.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to gather necessary project information for accurate bidding.
  • Track bid status, follow up on submitted proposals, and maintain a bidding pipeline.
  • Keep up with market trends and bidding strategies to improve win ratio.

Required Skills:

  • 1 Year+ experience of online bidding in the IT industry.
  • Proficient in writing effective proposals and understanding client requirements.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of web development & Digital marketing services.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
