Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Provide financial advice on various products such as brokerage, direct channel sales, general insurance, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and insurance.
  • Identify new business opportunities by cross-selling existing clients' needs and generating leads from referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in finance or related field (broking).
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
