Job Profile: Sales Manager – Healthcare Division

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our healthcare sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the healthcare and medical devices sector. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in healthcare sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare/medical devices/pharmaceutical sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong network and relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of tender business, institutional sales, and government procurement processes (preferred).
