Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Noida office. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training programs, and policy implementation. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner in achieving organizational goals while providing leadership in talent acquisition, retention, and overall employee development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR operations including Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
  • Experience with Training and Development, Employee Retention strategies, and leadership skill-building initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Legal Compliance, and Change Management.
  • Strong Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR management role is preferred.
