Job Title : Associate - Manufacturing

Location : Bengaluru

Purpose of Role:

Operate and maintain newly installed Vertical Turning Centre (VTC) machines for the FM project, ensuring precision machining, component inspection, and balancing operations in line with Weir's quality and safety standards. This role supports efficient production output and the delivery of high-quality machined components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC Vertical Turning Centre (VTC) machines to meet production targets.
  • Perform accurate inspection of machined components to ensure quality compliance.
  • Operate and maintain balancing machines for component quality assurance.
  • Support preventive maintenance and machine shop discipline.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • ITI Turner (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience operating CNC VTC machines.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
