Operations (Lending Solutions) Internship in Ahmedabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Documentation & File Preparation

Assist in collecting KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, GST returns, ITRs, and property papers.

Prepare detailed loan application files for home loans, LAP, business loans, and project funding.

Coordinate with clients to fill and verify loan forms, processing applications with accuracy.

Check documents against lender requirements to avoid errors and delays.

• Coordination With Banks & NBFCs

Liaise with bank loan officers, credit managers, and relationship managers for application processing.

Track file progress, ensure timely document submission, and follow up for approval updates.

Schedule technical valuation, legal verification, and credit checks.

Collect sanction letters, queries from underwriters, and communicate updates to the sales/BD team.

• Client Servicing & Communication Support

Collect required documents from clients and maintain follow-up schedules.

Provide status updates to clients under guidance of senior team members.

Assist clients with application queries and documentation clarifications.

• Data Entry, CRM Management & Internal Reporting

Maintain detailed trackers for loan applications, documentation, disbursal status, and approvals.

Input accurate information in CRM systems and internal dashboards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

• Compliance & Verification Support

Check document completeness and validity before submission.

Ensure compliance with RBI, lender, and internal policies.

Assist in preparing files required for audits, internal checks, and risk compliance.

• Financial & Eligibility Analysis Support

Learn to read bank statements, income documents, and credit score reports.

Assist in calculating eligibility, FOIR, LTV, income stability, and repayment capacity.

Support the team in creating preliminary assessment sheets.

• Operational Coordination & Process Management

Ensure smooth movement of files from onboarding → documentation → processing → disbursal.

Maintain organized digital folders for every client and loan type.

Follow internal SOPs to complete tasks accurately and on time.
