Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with expertise in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Data Engineering (or a combination of these domains). The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on end-to-end data projects, from collecting and processing data to analyzing and generating insights, and deploying scalable solutions. Candidates with prior industry or training experience will be highly valued, as the role may include mentoring or knowledge-sharing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis and reporting
  • Design and implement ETL pipelines, data models, and data warehouses
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
  • Apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions for stakeholders
  • Optimize data workflows and ensure data quality, consistency, and security
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in DA/DS/DE
  • (Optional – if training-focused) Mentor, guide, or train junior team members or learners in industry-relevant skills

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    and
    Python
    for data analysis and manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with
    ETL pipelines, data wrangling, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with
    statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms
    (for DS roles)
  • Proficiency in
    cloud platforms
    such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with
    Big Data frameworks
    (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) and workflow orchestration (Airflow)
  • Knowledge of
    data visualization tools
    (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • (Plus) Knowledge of APIs, REST, or deployment workflows (for DS/DE roles)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability to work across multiple data domains (DA/DS/DE)
