APS Property Solutions is a diversified real estate company with core verticals including Real Estate Brokerage, Advisory, Interior Design & Build, and Construction. We are now launching a technology-driven commercial leasing platform that connects businesses and landlords through verified listings and professional support — bringing transparency, speed, and scale to leasing.

As we expand, we're looking for a Content Writer who can craft compelling, clear, and consistent messaging that supports our brand's voice, product, and marketing goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, creative, and organized Content Writer with 2–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within a startup, real estate, or B2B service environment. You will be responsible for developing content across digital, product, and campaign touchpoints — helping shape how our platform communicates to the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, conversion-friendly content for:
  • Website pages (platform features, services, CTAs)
  • Social media posts and ad copies (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Blog articles and thought-leadership content
  • Email newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, and push notifications
  • Commercial property listings and microsite briefs
  • Marketing collateral: brochures, case studies, decks, banners
  • Edit and proofread all content for grammar, tone, and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the design, BD, and product teams to ensure content aligns with visual messaging and platform goals.
  • Understand SEO fundamentals to write optimized content for web.
  • Maintain content calendars and manage content for platform onboarding and engagement.
  • Conduct research on market trends, tenant behavior, leasing terms, and space types to enhance content relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on content writing experience in a marketing, real estate, SaaS, or B2B service company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related fields.
  • Strong command over written English, with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar.
  • Ability to write for diverse formats — short-form, long-form, technical, and creative.
  • Familiarity with SEO writing practices, social media trends, and branding fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, Canva, CMS platforms, and CRM-based email marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience writing for PropTech, Real Estate, or Urban/Architecture sectors.
  • Understanding of commercial property terminology (BTS, warm shell, lock-in, etc.)
  • Exposure to UI/UX content, onboarding copy, or basic product documentation.
